When you place an order: your name, mobile / WhatsApp number, delivery address, city and province, and your email address if you choose to give it. We also keep the order details (products, prices, order number).
When you pay: we only accept bank transfer. We do not collect or store card details on this website. When you send us a payment screenshot on WhatsApp, we keep it to confirm your payment.
When you contact us: the details you write in the contact form (name, email, phone number, message), or the messages you send us on WhatsApp, phone, email or social media.
When you browse the site: basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit). WooCommerce also uses cookies to remember your cart and to note how you found our site (for example, from Google or Facebook).
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order, including warranty claims and returns.
- To contact you about your order on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- To reply to your questions.
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
